  • 3. 1 ½ lbs. of beef bottom round (½ inch slices cut across the grain) 2 cups of green peppers (cut into ½ inch thick slices) 1 cup of onions (chopped) 1, 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes with juice ¼ cup of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of minced garlic 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of sugar ½ teaspoon of kosher salt ½ teaspoon of black pepper 1 Crock-Pot Pepper Steak (Serves 6)
  • 4. 1. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients. 2. Add ½ cup of water to the bowl and stir. 3. Pour the mixture into a Crock-Pot and set on low. 4. Cook for 6 to 8 hours (checking periodically) on the low setting. Directions
