About the List The Top 100 Tools for Learning list - the results of the 8th Annual Learning Tool Survey - has been compiled by Jane Hart from the votes of 1,038 learning professionals from 61 countries worldwide – in both education and workplace learning. A learning tool is any software, online tool or service that you use either for personal or professional learning, for teaching or training, or for creating e-learning.
